试论图书馆员职业竞争力

摘　　要：通过总结目前图书馆员职业竞争力的研究情况,指出图书馆员职业竞争力应围绕图书馆的核心竞争力从专业知识和技能、管理能力、沟通能力及服务意识四个方面定位,提出职业化能力、学习能力、健康的心智和优秀的团队是构建图书馆员职业竞争力的方法、手段和条件。After summarizing the research status of librarian vocational competitiveness, the author points out the librarian vocational competitiveness should be defined from the four aspects： professional knowledge and skills, management capacity, communication skills, service awareness, which are on the base of the library score competence, In the meantime, the author suggests professional capacity, learning ability, healthy mind, excellent team are ways and conditions to construct the librarian vocational competitiveness.
