摘 要:本文采用薄层层析法进行分析,结果表明:正红菇含有多种甾醇,其中麦角固醇已被确定,对麦角固醇进行提取分析,其含量为095%(mg/100mg)。采用不同提取法,其结果不加酶提取麦角固醇的含量高于加酶,不加酶其含量为095%(mg/100mg),加酶为067%(mg/100mg)。多糖提取是酶法优于常规热水浸提法。热水浸提多糖为274%(g/100g),双酶浸提为285%(g/100g),三酶浸提法为319%(g/100g)。The paper reported the studies on extractive method of ergosterol and polysaccharides in Russula vinosa.The results showed that several kinds of steroides were found in R.vinosa and one of them was indentified as ergosterol by TLC, and its contain was 0 95mg/100mg.The component of ergosterol extracted by normal method was higher than that extracted by enzyme method.With enzyme method reached 0 67mg/100mg but with normal method was 0 95mg/100mg.Comparing many kinds of extractive method of the polysaccharides,we found that the enzyme method was better than the hot water extraction method.With hot water extraction method reached 2 74% and with two enzymes method reached 2 85% and with three enzymes method was 3 19%。
