摘　　要：目的:探讨尿道血管瘤的病因、诊断、治疗、预后等相关问题。方法:对2例尿道血管瘤患者进行传统手术切除,对3例尿道血管瘤患者进行等离子双极汽化电切系统(TUPKVP)治疗并就其诊断、治疗、预后等相关临床问题进行分析。结果:1例经3次TUPKVP治疗后控制出血,其余4例均1次治愈。病理检查报告均为尿道血管瘤。随访1～4年无复发,无相关并发症发生,结论:尿道外口血管瘤也可选择手术切除,经尿道电切为治疗尿道血管瘤的首选方法,二者均预后较好。Objective：To study the etiology, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of urethra hemangioma by retrospective analysis of the clinical literatures. Methods： Three patients underwent transurethral plasmakinetic vaporization（TUPKVP）, and two patients were performed with traditional operation. The clinical data of 5 patients was analyzed in combination with related literature. Results： Four patients were cured after one treatment, and one patient was experienced TUPKVP three times before the bleeding was totally controlled, urethral hemangioma were confirmed by pathological examination. No recurrence and short term or persistent complication was reported with a minimum follow up of 12 months （from 12 months to 48 months）. Conclusions： The urethra hemangioma located at the external orifice of urethra could be treated with traditional operation or TUPKVP is a minimally invasive, safe and effective method for the treatment for urethra hemangioma. Prognosis of urethral hemangioma is good.
