内镜超声对胃肠间质瘤诊断及治疗的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨内镜超声(EUS)对上消化道黏膜下肿瘤、尤其胃肠间质瘤的诊断特征和EUS指导下内镜介入治疗技术及手术应用价值。方法收集该院2001年01月～2009年04月内镜、同经内镜超声诊断上消化道黏膜下肿瘤779例:其中胃间质瘤144例;十二指肠间质瘤9例。结果EUS指导下内镜介入治疗17例;手术治疗41例。结论EUS克服了常规内镜和X线钡餐检查难以定性和误、漏诊问题,提高了胃肠间质瘤内镜超声诊断价值。[Objective] To investigate the value of endoscopic ultrasonography （EUS） in the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors and the EUS directed endoscopic therapy. [Methods] Seven hundreds and seventy-nine patients with protuberances in upper digestive tract were diagnosed by EUS between Jan. 2001 and April 2009. Of those cases, 144 stromal tumors located in stomach and 9 in duodenum. [Results] Of these patients, 17 received EUS directed endoscopic therapy and 41 received operation. [Conclusion] EUS can give a more accuracy diagnosis and make endoscopic therapy safer.
