复方红景天对大鼠运动能力与红细胞免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：采用大鼠跑步训练模型，观察复方红景天对大运动量训练鼠运动能力及红细胞免疫功能的调节作用。结果显示：服药组完成规定训练量动物的百分率与耐力跑步成绩超过训练组；８周大运动量训练后。The experiments were carried out to investigate the effects of Rhodiola sachalinensis complex prescriptions(RSCP) on exercise capacity and red cell immune function in rats. In comparing with the training group, a stronger exercise capacity was found in rats treated with RSCP. It was manifested by raising the percentage of the rats completing training quantity and prolonging the endurance running time. And RSCP could also raise the level of RBC CR 1 rosette forming rate which was inhibited by a long period of heavy load exercise. The results of our experiments suggested that RSCP shows effectiveness in improving the exercise capacity and in restoring the impaired RBC immune function induced by heavy load exercise training.
