摘 要:通过聚氯乙烯(PVC)与二氧化钛(TiO2)共振磨处理制备了PVC与TiO2的复合母粒。通过XPS分析、亲水性和亲油性实验以及Molau实验,研究了PVC与TiO2共振磨过程中的化学键合作用;将共振磨制得的TiO2复合母粒与PVC共混,考察了TiO2复合母粒对PVC的增强增韧作用。XPS方法证实:通过固相力化学方法能够制备接枝有PVC分子链的TiO2复合母粒。与未改性的TiO2粒子相比,复合母粒的亲水性下降了80%,亲油性则增加了近7倍。Molau实验中,溶液界面模糊,说明TiO2与PVC基材的相容性得到极大改善。TiO2复合母粒对PVC具有明显的增强增韧效果。15份TiO2复合母粒的加入,可使共混物的拉伸强度增加4MPa,缺口冲击强度提高63%。The titanium dioxide complex masterbatch with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) were prepared by mechanoehemical method. The chemical bonding reaction between TiO2 and PVC was evaluated by means of XPS spectra, hyrophilic test, lipophilic test and Molau test. The toughening and reinforcing effect of PVC/ TiO2 blends were studied by blending TiO2 complex masterbateh with PVC. XPS spectra showed that PVC was grafted on the surface of TiO 2 particles through the mechanochemical reaction between titanyl bond and PVC radical. Compared with non-modified TiO2, the hydrophilieity of TiO2 complex particles decreased by 80%, and the lipophilicity increased by seven times. The TiO2 complex masterbatch could enhance and toughen PVC due to the good compatibility of PVC with the masterbatch. Compared with PVC, the tensile strength and impct strength of PVC/TiO2 masterbatch ( 100/15, based PVC mass ratio) increased by 4 MPa and 63% respectively.
