摘  要:目的通过不同肿瘤患者在化疗前和化疗结束时的电解质代谢变化以及其与HLA-DRB1、DQB1多态性的关联,以期找到肿瘤化疗副损伤的相关的基因。方法选取24例恶性肿瘤病人,采用多聚酶链反应-序列特异性引物(PCR-SSP)法检测其HLA-DRB1/DQB1的多态性。同时检测肿瘤患者化疗前和化疗结束时的电解质指标,包括:K+、Na+、C-l、Mg2+、P3+和Ca2+。结果Ca2+的降低与HLA-DQB1*02有相关性;Na+的升高与HLA-DRB1*08有相关性;C-l的降低与HLA-DQB1*05有相关性,升高与HLA-DRB1*07有相关性。结论HLA可能是肿瘤化疗副损伤的标志性基因。Objective To explore the related genes of Subsidiary-damage in tumor chemotherapy by the change of electrolyte index of tumorous patient before and after chemotherapy and their correlation with the polymorphism of HLA-DRB1/DQB1. Methods Total 24 malignant neoplastic patient were seleeted. The DNA of every patient were extracted and the polymorphism of their HLA-DRB1, DQB1 was detected by PCR-SSP. Meanwhile, each index before and after ehemotherapy were deteeted, including K, Na, Cl, Mg, P and Ca. Results There is correlation between the decrease of Ca and HLA-DQB1 * 02 ; the inerease of Na and HLA- DRB1 * 08 ; the decrease of CI and HLA-DQB1 * 05 ; the increase of CI and HLA-DRB1 * 07. Conclusion HLA may be marker genes of secondary impair of tumour chems.
