摘 要:采用动态流变法研究了尼龙(PA)1212/聚苯乙烯(PS)共混物的流变特性,通过扫描电子显微镜对共混物的相形态进行了表征。结果表明,在低频率下,当PS质量分数为20%-60%时,PA1212/PS共混物的储能模量较高且提升较快;在高频率下,共混物的粘弹行为逐渐与纯聚合物的粘弹行为相似。共混物的损耗模量G”与两种纯聚合物相差不大。共混物的驰豫过程较为复杂,出现了新的多个驰豫过程。随着PS含量的增大,PA1212/PS共混物的相形态由“海-岛”结构逐渐向共连续相形态转变。The theological behaviors of nylon (PA) 1212/polystyrene (PS) blends were studied by the method of dynamic theological measurements, and the morphologies of blends were characterized by SEM. The results showed that the storage modulus of PA1212/PS blends was high and increased rapidly when the mass fraction of PS was 20% -60% ; the viscoelastic behaviors of blends in the phase transition regions were similar to those of pure polymers. The loss modulus of blends was close to those of matrix polymers. The relaxation process of blends was complex, with the increase of PS content, the morphology of PA1212/PS blends turned the "seaisland" structure to co-continuous structure.
