摘  要:介绍了一种新型有机-无机相变储能微胶囊的制备方法,即采用无机层状硅酸盐材料和碱性硅酸盐溶液为壁材、有机相变材料十八烷酸为基材,先制备半包覆结构的相变胶囊,再加入碱性硅酸盐溶液进行第2次包裹,采用溶解与热失重结合的方法对材料的包裹性能进行了评价,结果表明:采用无机层状硅酸盐材料、相变材料、碱性硅酸盐溶液比例为1∶2∶4时,其包裹效果较好,经无水乙醇溶解实验后,其有效相变材料损失量为4.37%。热失重实验结果表明其中相变材料有效含量为37.4%,而DSC实验结果表明微胶囊中有效相变材料35.04%,存在差异的原因可能在于碱性溶液与相变材料的酸碱反应所致。The preparation of a new kind of organic/inorganic microencapsulated phase change materials (MicroPCMs) was described in this paper. Inorganic materials such as modified clay and alkali silicate aqueous solution was used as wall materials, at the same time, organic phase change material (PCM) was used as based materials. At first, the compound modified clay and PCM was made, alkali silicate aqueous solution was added later, followed that, microPCMs was made. Encapsulation and thermal property of microPCMs was characterized by dissolution and thermal weightlessness. The result shows that better Proportion of modified clay, PCM and alkali silicate aqueous solution is 1:2:4, which has a losing weight of 4.37% in the test of dissolution by anhydrous ethanol, 37.4% PCM is calculated in the test of thermal weightlessness and 35.04% in the test of DSC. The reason of the difference of 37.4% and 35.04% may be come from the acid-base reaction between PCM and alkali silicate aqueous solution.
