摘　　要：随着医院HIS的日益成熟,以医疗为核心的临床信息系统(CIS)逐渐列入HIS发展的日程。其中检验系统,也称实验室信息系统(Laboratory Information System,LIS)因受到检验、临床和信息科室的普遍重视,得到了较快发展。以天津医科大学附属肿瘤医院检验系统的实施为例,着重讨论了检验系统的系统构成、操作流程、与管理信息系统的集成,以及实施中的相关问题和带来的好处。With the HIS of hospitals are increasing maturity as the core clinical information systems Clinical Information system, （CIS） is becoming to included in the HIS development agenda gradually. One of the inspection system, also known as the laboratory information system （Laboratory Information System, LIS） due to be tested, clinical and information department of general importance and get more rapid development. In this paper, put the hospital implementation system in the mainly practice, discussed on the inspection system constitution, operation processes, management information systems and related some issues and benefits.
