摘　　要：针对生物体表的激光三维扫描数据点云抽取的表面轮廓线数据,利用时间序列谱分析方法,对生物体表面的轮廓曲线进行谱分析,给出了轮廓曲线的三种权函数估计方法,并将估计方法应用于蚯蚓体前部的轮廓曲线上,给出了蚯蚓体表面的轮廓曲线的谱估计及其分形维数。This paper is concerned with the superficial contour data which is extracted from the laser three dimensional scanning data point cloud of the surface of organism, with the application of the spectral analysis method of time series, we carry on the spectral analysis to the outline curve of the surface of organism, and we give three weight function estimate methods of the outline curve. In addition, we apply the estimate methods to the outline curve of the front part of the body of earthworm, we also give the spectral estimate and the minute shape dimension of the outline curve of the body surface of earthworm.
