摘 要:目的探讨中药利胆溶石胶囊防止胆结石形成的机制.方法通过改变饮食成分诱发豚鼠胆结石,观察利胆溶石胶囊防止胆石形成的效果,结合各组动物的肝脏、胆囊形态学及胆汁中结合胆汁酸的变化,初步探讨利胆溶石胶囊防止胆石形成的机制.结果喂养高胆固醇饮食的致石组动物胆结石的发生率为100%,而加用利胆溶石胶囊的防石组,成石率降至53%.致石组动物肝脏脂肪变性、胞质疏松、气球样变的发生率分别为778%,446%,333%,而防石组仅为154%,239%,77%.致石组动物胆汁中结合胆汁酸含量较对照组明显减少,防石组则显著增加.致石食物首先引起肝脏病理损害,继而导致胆汁代谢紊乱,尤其是胆汁酸代谢紊乱,促使了胆结石的形成.结论饮食习惯的改变是胆石形成的一个重要因素。AIM To study the mechanism of Artemisiae capillaris and Radix curcumae (ACRC) preventing gallstone formation. METHODS Using gallstone animal model by feeding on high cholesterol diet, the effect of ACRC in preventing gallstone formation was observed, and liver and gallbladder morphology as well as conjugated bile acids of the bile were also studied. The mechanism of gallstone formation prevention was preliminarily discussed. RESULTS The gallstone formation rate was 100% when an animals were fed on high cholesterol diet (HCD), but in antilithic group, the rate decreased to 5 3% when fed on HCD with ACRC. The rates of fatty degeneration, cytoplasmic rarefaction and balooning degeneration in lithogenous group were 77 8%, 44 6% and 33 3%, but in antilithic group they were only 15 4%,23 9% and 7 7%. In contrast to control group, content of conjugated bile acids in lithogenous group decreased obviously, but in anthogenous group, it increased quickly. Lithogenous diet caused liver damage, then abnormality of metabolism of bile acids, and promoted gallstone formation. CONCLUSION Diet change is an important factor in the process of gallstone formation and ACRC can prevent gallstone formation effectively.
