摘 要:根据现代仪器具有共性技术多、技术含量高、多品种、小批量特点,提出了仪器柔性研发系统(IFDS)的新理念。为提高现代仪器系统的集成水平和研发效率,增强系统可靠性及降低研发成本,深入探讨可兼容、可扩展、可升级、可重构的开放式柔性化集成机制,完善柔性互联的集成支撑环境和集成体系,构建新型柔性集成系统,优化基于柔性集成系统的快速可重构集成方法。重点介绍新型柔性集成系统的运行机制,阐明其结构和工作原理;利用现代仪器柔性集成系统,解决了现代仪器开发中若干关键技术问题,为现代仪器产品的研发提供了一种新模式和基础技术装备。The new concept of Instrumentation Flexible Developing System (IFDS) has been presented, according to the features of modern instrumentation such as multiple generic technologies, high technological content, diversified species and small batches, etc. In order to improve the integration level and the research and development (R&D) efficiency of the modem instrumentation system, enhance system reliability, and reduce R&D costs, an open flexible integration mechanism is studied in-depth, which is compatible, extendable, updatable, and reconstructive. A flexible interconnection integrated supporting environment is improved and a new flexible integrated system is constructed. A rapid reconstructable inte- grated approach based on such a system is optimized. This paper mainly introduces an operation mechanism of the new flexible integrated system and clarifies its structure and working principle. The application of this system solves relevant key technological problems in the development of modem instrumentation and offers a new type and fundamental technological equipment for the research and development of modern instrumentation products.
