摘 要:利用Ansys软件,通过分析加速度对三维密闭腔体的温度场和流场的影响,对气流式加速度传感器的优化设计进行探讨。采用有限元方法,通过建立三维实体模型、划分网格、加载和求解等途径,进行有限元仿真。结果表明:在流体梯度大的地方,网格划分得密一些,有助于节约计算时间和提高计算精度;利用Ansys软件的切片功能,观察不同加速度下三维密闭腔体内部的温度场和对流场的分布,与二维建模相比较,三维建模得到的计算结果更加全面和准确,为气流式加速度传感器的优化设计提供可靠的依据。Using Ansys program, the way of optimum design on acceleration sensor is discussed by analysis of effect of acceleration on temperature field and stream field in three-dimensional hermetic chamber. The finite element simulation is conducted by means of a series of procedures, such as three-dimensional model building, network modifying, loads applying and equation solving. The results are as follows:Gridding should be meshed more densely where fluid grads are large, which is helpful for saving simulation time and improving precision. Using the slice function of Ansys, we can observe the distribution of temperature field and stream field in three-dimensional hermetic chamber. Compared with two-dimensional modeling, the simulation results of three-dimensional modeling are more comprehensive and exact, which provides dependable basis for further research of the acceleration sensor.
