摘  要:为探讨抗氧化剂β-胡萝卜素对氟致脂质过氧化作用的影响。采用向大鼠肝微粒体模型中加入氟化钠(NaF),同时给予β-胡萝卜素的实验研究方法。结果表明,加入不同浓度的NaF可使微粒体模型中脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量显著增加(P<0.01),同时加入不同浓度的β-胡萝卜素,在不同时间,反应体系中LPO含量明显下降(P<0.01)。he effect of β-carotene on lipid peroxidation of rat induced by fluoride in vitro was studied by adding NaF and β-carotene to the rat liver microsomal system.The experimental results showed that different concentration of sodium fluoride (NaF) could significantly increase the content of lipid peroxidation (LPO) of rat liver microsomal system (P<0.01),at the same time adding βcarotene to the system,the content of LPO in the rat microsomal system decreased significantly (P<0.01).This suggested that the lipid peroxidation which was induced by fluoride could be inhibited by β-carotene.
