摘　　要：在当今竞争日趋激烈和社会分工日益细化的背景下,第三方物流表现出明显的优越性,许多企业为降低成本、提高服务水平、提升自身竞争力将非核心竞争力的物流业务外包给第三方物流服务商。如何正确选择第三方物流服务供应商是物流外包企业所关心的问题,本文就如何选择第三方物流服务供应商作简单分析。The service provider of the third aspect in the commodities interflow plays more and more important role in the more fierce competition and the more meticulous social division. In order to lower the cost, improve the service quality and promote the self-competition, many enterprises provide the commodities interflow business which is non-nucleus to the service provider of the third aspect. How to choose the service provider becomes the key concerned by commodities interflow enterprises. The article will give a brief analysis of how to choose the service provider of the third aspect in the commodities interflow.
