摘　　要：建立可追溯系统有利于提高有机柑橘的安全性,当在有机柑橘生产与加工中,操作或者最终产品出现违反准则的情况时,便于以最短的时间、最快的速度查找违规事项的原因,就能使需要回收货物的量降到最小,以减少损失。探讨建立追踪体系的必要性和如何建立有机柑橘质量安全追踪体系。The tracking system helps improve the safety of organic citrus. When the organic citrus production and processing half-way operation or the final product go against the guidelines, the irregularities of the reasons can be searched for at the fastest speed in the shortest possible time. It can recall the amount of cargo down to the smallest and reduce losses. In this paper, the need to set up the tracking system and how to set up the quality and safety of organic citrus tracking system are discussed.
