摘  要:依据中国现阶段企业创新能力的博弈分析显示,选择合作型自主创新模式是企业"竞合"博弈的最优策略。将有利于科学配置合作创新组织的优势资源,提高企业创新效能和促进产业结构升级与优化。基于复杂系统理论,建构合作创新系统中宏观-中观-微观三层次创新系统结构与功能模型和以企业为创新主体的合作创新复杂系统模型,探讨合作创新系统的有序演化的基本条件。通过对合作创新系统的知识管理熵与耗散结构系统负熵的量化,导出对合作创新系统状态判别的基本标准。分析合作创新系统与外部环境之间建立反馈关系的系统有序演化可行性路径。According to the analysis on the creativity of current Chinese enterprises, cooperation-oriented self-innovation model is the best strategy for the competition and cooperation between the enterprises. It is of great help to allocate the superior resources of the cooperation and innovation organizations, to improve the innovation capacity and to upgrade and optimize industrial structure. Based on the concept of complex system, it aims to construct an innovation system framework and function model on macro, middle and micro levels, and to establish a complex system model of innovation and cooperation with enterprises as its innovation entity. It also discusses the orderly evolution of cooperation and innovation system. By quantizing the knowledge management entropy and dissipative structure negentropy, basic standard to judge the system is established. Finally, It analyses the feasibility of building feedback system between the cooperation and innovation system and external environment.
