摘　　要：根据教育信息化发展的需要，提出建设外语卫星电视录播系统的必要性。从建设系统的目标出发，分析系统建设的技术问题，规划系统的组织结构，并对建设系统的硬件和软件提出具体要求。This paper presents the requirement of constructing foreign language satellite television Record ＆ Play system based on the necessity of development of informational education. Then we analyzes the technical problem of the system construction from the aim of construction, and layout the framework of the system. Finally, we present the material demand of the hardware and software of the system construction.
