摘 要:采用有机泡沫浸渍法制备Al2O3多孔陶瓷,然后用无压渗透技术将环氧树脂与Al2O3多孔陶瓷复合,得到三维网状Al2O3/环氧树脂材料。观察了复合材料的表面形貌,研究了Al2O3含量对抗磨损性能和弯曲强度的影响,并与Al2O3颗粒增强环氧树脂复合材料进行了性能对比。结果表明,Al2O3的体积含量为31%时,Al2O3三维网状/环氧树脂复合材料的弯曲强度最高,达59.53 MPa,抗磨损性能较环氧树脂提高了55.8%,与Al2O3颗粒增强环氧树脂复合材料相比,其耐磨损性能提高了29%,而弯曲强度低12.4%。Stereo-reticulated Al2O3/epoxy resin composites was fabricated, and then, the pressureless infiltration technique is used to compound epoxy resin with Al2O3 porous ceramic so as to obtain stereo-reticulated Al2O3/epoxy resin composites. Surface topography of composite was observed. The bending strength and wear resistance were investigated. Also, the performance contract was made with Al2O3 Particle enhanced epoxy resin composites. The result shows that the bending strength of the composite is 59. 35 MPa when content of Al2O3 of the composite is 31% and its wear resistance is increased by 55.8%. In comparison with Al2O3 particle enhanced epoxy resin composites, its tolerance wear performance is 29% higher but its bending strength is 12.4% lower than epoxy resin.
