前列炎消片治疗前列腺炎的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察前列炎消片对非细菌性慢性前列腺炎模型中炎症反应的作用,为进一步的开发和应用提供药理学依据。方法SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组(前列泰片组)及前列炎消片低(0.46g·kg)、中(0.92g·kg)、高剂量组(1.84g·kg),每组10只。分别于前列腺注入角叉菜胶生理盐水溶液和消痔灵注射液,制作大鼠非细菌性前列腺炎模型,观察测定前列腺液中白细胞数和卵磷脂小体密度、前列腺重量、前列腺指数。结果前列炎消片对角叉菜胶致大鼠急性非细菌性前列腺炎有显著抑制作用,明显减少前列腺液中白细胞数,增加卵磷脂小体密度,减轻前列腺纤维组织增生及前列腺脏器系数的增重;对消痔灵致大鼠慢性非细菌性前列腺炎亦有明显的抑制作用,减轻前列腺组织中炎细胞浸润、组织水肿和纤维组织增生及前列腺脏器系数的增重。结论前列炎消片具有抑制大鼠非细菌性急、慢性前列腺炎炎症反应的作用。Objective To observe the effect of Qian Lie Yan Xiao Pian on the inflammatory response in non -bacterial chronic prostatitis model, and hence to develop and apply Qian Lie Yan Xiao Plan. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, positive control group （ Qian Lie Tai Pian） and low （0. 46 g·kg）, medium （0. 92 g· kg）, high-dose Qian Lie Yan XiaoPiangroup （ 1. 84 g· kg） , respectively, with every group having 10 rats. The prostate was injected with carrageenan and Xiaozhiling to produce non- bacterial prostatitis rat model. Postatic fluid leukocyte count and lecithin, prostate weight, prostatic index were recorded. Results Qian Lie Yan Xiao Plan could not only significantly reduce the number of leukocytes in prostatic fluid, increase the density of lecithin body, reduce the prostate hyperplasia of fibrous tissue and prostate organ coefficient weight in the gaincarrageenan- induced acute non -bacterial prostatitis, but also significantly reduce inflammatory cell infiltration, edema, fibrous tissue hyperplasia and prostate organ weight coefficient in the Xiaozhiling - induced chronic non - bacterial prostatitis. Conclusion The Qian Lie Yan Xiao Pian can inhibit the inflammatory response in non -bacterial chronic prostafitis rat model.
