摘　　要：U-Boot是流行的嵌入式操作系统引导程序,常用于开发过程中文件的烧写和调试。Yaffs是目前常用的针对NAND FLASH的嵌入式文件系统。U-Boot没有提供对Yaffs镜像的支持。在简要分析Yaffs文件系统结构的基础上,参照为U-Boot添加命令的一般方法,通过改写U-Boot代码,增添新的命令参数,实现其对Yaffs镜像的读写支持,并验证方法的正确性,方便开发过程中对Yaffs镜像的烧写与调试。对嵌入式系统的开发具有参考意义。U-Boot is a popular bootloader for embedded operating system, and it is usually used for burning files to FLASH and debugging during development. Yaffs is a popular embedded file system designed for NAND FLASH. U - Boot doesnr t support Yaffs image. Through simply analyzing the structure of Yaffs,and referring to the common method of adding new command to U- Boot, finally realizing the support for Yaffs in U- Boot by modifying the code and adding new command parameter to U - Boot. The validity of this method is also tested. The originality is adding new function to U -Boot,which can bring much convenience to burn and debug Yaffs image during development. These can be referred to by the exploiting in em- bedded system.
