关于高校建设节约型校园的探讨——以X大学为例

摘　　要：在高校倡导建设节约型校园,不仅有利于学校自身的规范管理和可持续发展,对国家建设节约型社会具有重要的现实意义,更对社会具有深远的教育意义。本文以X大学为例,探讨了X大学建设节约型校园的现状,并针对高校建设节约型校园存在的总体能耗大、浪费现象严重、能耗计量和控制困难等问题进行了分析,首先是节约意识缺乏和消费观念不健康;其次是校园管理存在漏洞;再次是节能技术和设备推广有限,能耗控制困难等等。最后提出了高校建设节约型校园的有关对策,主要有倡导文明、健康的消费观念,开展"节约型校园"宣传教育;完善学校的各项管理制度,以规范管理促节约;大力推广使用节能技术和设备,完善节能控制体系等。Advocating the building of resource--conserving campus in colleges and universities is not only conducive to their own standardized management and sustainable development, but has great realistic significance on national construction of a resource --conserving society. Besides, this conveys far--reaching educational implications for our society. This article takes X univer- sity as an example, discusses the status of resource--conserving campus , analyzes the existing questions about the construction of resource--conserving campus such as the large consumption of overall energy, the serious waste of energy consumption, dif- ficulties in measurement and control of energy consumption, and so on. The article puts forward that the reasons of the above questions is the lack of saving awareness and unhealthy attitudes of consumption, the loopholes in campus management, the less widely spread of energy--saving technique and equipment, the difficulty in controlling energy consumption. Finally, the article proposes some countermeasures, mainly containing advocating the civilized and healthy consumption concept, the promotion and education of ＂resource--conserving campus＂ , improving the school management systems and standardizing management to promote conservation, promoting the use of energy--saving technique and equipment widely, improving the energy-saving control system ,etc.
