摘　　要：创业团队企业家精神可以从集体创新、分享认知、协作进取和共担风险四个维度加以测量。以404份有效样本的实证研究发现:民营企业、国有企业和外资企业在协作进取和共担风险维度上存在明显差异,而在分享认知和集体创新维度上没有差异;在不同所有制企业中,协作进取维度对公司绩效都存在显著正相关关系,而集体创新、分享认知和共担风险维度则分别对不同所有制企业的公司绩效存在不同的影响。Entrepreneurship of entrepreneurial including collective innovation, cognition sharing, teams can be measured trom tour dimensions proactive cooperation and risk sharing. An empirical study with 404 effective samples show that private enterprises, state - owned enterprises and foreign enterprises have significant differences in proactive cooperation and risk sharing, with no differences in the other two dimensions; in enterprises with different ownerships, significant positive correlations exist between cooperation and corporate performance, and the other three dimensions have different influences on the corporate performance in different types of enterprises.
