马克思与诺斯:社会主义经济制度研究中的融通

摘　　要：理论界过去在马克思制度理论与诺斯制度理论的比较中,侧重二者的差异研究,往往把二者对立起来。实际上,尽管他们研究主题的差异决定二者的侧重点不同,但是从社会主义经济制度研究视野出发,可以发现二者在方法论和研究基础上存在着融通的必要性。第一,研究方法论融通的必要性。在社会主义经济制度变迁研究中,马克思和诺斯都注重制度分析方法、历史分析方法和现实分析方法。第二,研究基础融通的必要性。产权、国家和意识形态是诺斯制度理论的3块基石,而马克思的分析框架之所以在详细描述长期变迁的各种现存理论中最有说服力,正是因为它包括了制度、产权、国家和意识形态。马克思着重分析社会基本制度和经济发展的宏观性、长期性,诺斯着重研究在现存制度前提下的制度、组织结构及其效率问题,补充和完善了马克思制度变迁理论的实证性分析框架,使制度变迁理论更接近现实。In the past, Chinese scholars focused on the discrepancies between Marx＇ s system theory and North＇ s and thus often viewed one against the other in their studies. Although the difference in their research subjects leads to difference in their focus, it is found that the two theories should be fused in epistemology and research foundations when studying socialist economic system. First, the epistemology should be fused because both Marx and North used such methods as system analysis, historical analysis and reality analysis in their study of the evolution of socialist economic system. Second, the research foundation should be fused because North＇ s system theory is founded upon proprietorship, state and ideology while Marx stands out among various theorists who try to depict a long-term changing process because his theoretical framework includes system, proprietorship, state and ideology. Marx emphasizes a macroscopic and long-term analysis of the basic social system and its economic development, whereas North analyses the system, the organization structure and the social efficiency of the existing system, supplementing to and improving the positive analysis framework of Marx＇ s theory of system change and making the theory closer to reality.
