摘　　要：通读《发展伦理初探》,深深地感受到了发展伦理之魅力,特别是其中的四个方面:(一)发展成了"问题";(二)发展伦理的出场;(三)发展伦理的基本问题;(四)发展为了什么。发展伦理的核心是人,要使"我"成为一个"和谐的人",现代人格塑造是发展伦理视阈必然关注的话题。After reading the book Developrnent Ethics, I was deeply moved by the charm of development ethics, esp. the four aspects of it： the problem of development, the appearance of development ethics, the basic problems development ethics and the purpose of development. The core of development ethics is human being. How to foster personality under the perspective of development ethics becomes a widely concerned topic.
