摘 要:提出了数控化改造滚齿机的优势及特点;分析齿轮滚齿加工成形运动及其特点;通过对普通滚齿机的加工原理及其传动分析,提出了完整的数控改造方案;完成了802C为主控CPU的数控滚齿机床系统的软、硬件结构设计;建立了伺服控制系统的数学模型,根据数学模型对伺服系统的动、静态性能进行了分析。数学模型的建立为滚齿机参数设置和优化奠定了理论基础。采用了前馈控制技术来改善系统的性能。并提出了抗干扰措施。The advantage and characteristic the CNC reconstruction of a gear hobbing machine were put forward. The motion and characteristic of gear bobbing process were analyzed. Based on the analysis about the machining principle and transmission of the old gear hobbing machines, a CNC reconstructive scheme was proposed, the interface between Siemens 802C and self-researched impulse servo control pad, the software and hardware were designed. Though setting up mathematics model, the dynamic and static performance of the servo system was analyzed. Front feedback technology for improving servo system was adopted. The measure of antijamming was put forward.
