胃癌组织中P_(53)及P_(21)蛋白的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨P53和P21蛋白异常表达在胃癌发生发展中的作用。方法:应用免疫组化技术检测38例胃癌及相应癌旁组织中P53和P21蛋白的表达。结果:胃癌组织P53蛋白表达率84.21%(32/38),癌旁组织P53蛋白表达均为阴性。胃癌组织P53蛋白表达率明显高于癌旁组织,差别具有显著性(2=55.27,P<0.05)。胃癌组织P21蛋白阳性表达率52.63%(20/38),癌旁组织P21蛋白阳性表达率89.73%(34/38),胃癌组织P21蛋白阳性表达率明显低于癌旁组织,差别有显著性(2=12.546,P<0.05)。胃癌组织中P21与P53蛋白共同阳性表达率为47.36%,但两者无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:P53和P21蛋白表达异常与胃癌发生有着密切关系。Objective：To understand expression of P53 and P21 protein and its significance in development of gastric carcinoma. Methods：38 cases of gastric carcinoma（male 31, female 7, age ranged 30 -75 years） underwent surgical operation and pathological examination were in this study. The expression of P53 and P21 protein in cancer tissue and its para -tissue were pathologically observed by Immunohistochemistry. Results：Expression rate of P53 and P21 in gastric carcinoma tissue was 84.21% and 52.63% respectively; but in paracancer tissue the expression of P53 showed negative and expression rate of P21 was 89.73%. We found the expression rate of 1）53 in gastric cancer tissue was higher than that of paraeaneer tissue （P 〈 0. 05 ）, in contrast in expression of P21 （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions：Abnormal expression of P53 and P21 protein in gastric carcinoma associated closely with the development of gastric carcinoma.
