摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理及社区回访对预防产后抑郁症的效果。方法将300例孕妇随机分为干预组和对照组各150例。干预组采取心理护理及社区回访的护理措施，对照组采用常规护理。对2组产妇的失访率及产后抑郁症发生率进行比较，采用r检验。结果干预组失访率及产后抑郁症发生率均显著低于对照组。结论心理护理及社区回访的护理措施可明显降低产后抑郁症的发生率。Objective To explore the effect of psychological care and community revisit on prevention of postpartum depression. Methods 300 cases of pregnant women were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 150 cases in each group. The intervention group took psychological care and community revisit, the control group received conventional care. The incidence of missing follow-up and depression in the two groups were compared using x^2 test. Results The incidence of missing follow - up and depression in the intervention group was significantly lower than those of the control group. Conclusions Psychological care and community revisit can significantly reduce the occurrence of postpartum depression.
