摘  要:荨麻疹、接触性皮炎和特应性皮炎等过敏性皮肤疾病的发病机制与环境因素和皮肤屏障功能失调的相互作用有关,而糖皮质激素类药物是目前控制病情最为有效的药物,但是长期应用会导致一系列不良反应。韧性蛋白基质是由马乳酒样乳杆菌在乳清蛋白培养基中发酵形成的蛋白基质。研究表明,韧性蛋白基质具有抗炎作用,对固有免疫有激活作用,不具有糖皮质激素类药物常见的不良反应,可代替糖皮质激素类药物成为治疗炎症性皮肤病的一线药物。Allergic skin diseases include urticaria, contact dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, etc. The etiology of allergic skin diseases is associated with the interaction between environmental and individual factors (especially impaired skin barrier function). Now glucocorticoids are the most effective treatment option for these diseases, however, long term use of them may cause a series of side effects. Malleable protein matrix is formed by the fermentation of Lactobacillus keflranofaciens in whey protein-containing medium. It has been revealed that malleable protein matrix has anti-inflammatory effects and can elicit innate immunity. Since the consumption of malleable protein matrix occurs without the undesirable side effects normally associated with glucocorticoids, it may serve as an alternative treatmeat to glucocorticoids for inflammatory skin diseases.
