巨大浅表脂肪瘤样痣1例

摘　　要：患者女,22岁。出生后发即发现右侧胸部丘疹、结节等软性皮损,皮疹呈进行性增多,扩大至腋下。查体右侧胸部及腋下可见多个皮色或黄色的米粒至甲板大小扁平或半球形丘疹、结节、皮赘,触之柔软,部分皮疹融合成斑块。皮损组织病理示:真皮中上部胶原束间见脂肪细胞团块,呈片状或叶状分布,脂肪细胞形态成熟,发育正常。弹力纤维染色可见弹力纤维减少或短小、破碎。组织病理学诊断为浅表脂肪瘤样痣。腋下皮损行局部切除,疗效满意。A 22-year-old female had presented with dozens of nodules and plaques on her breast and armpit since birth . Skin lesions were multipe, soft, shin-coloured nodules and plaques on her breast and armpit. Skin biopsy showed clusters of mature fat cells predominantly in the upper and middle dermis. Elastic-fikers-staining showed that elastic fibers became decreased and fragmentation. A histolo Geal diagnosis of nevus lipomatosus superficialis was given. Lesions at armpit were cut and patient was satisfied with crative effect .
