摘　　要：目的研究p57KIP2在完全性水泡状胎块（CHM）与部分性水泡状胎块（PHM）中的表达情况,探讨其在水泡状胎块诊断中的意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测p57KIP2在43例CHM及32例PHM组织中的表达情况,同时选取5例正常胎盘及5例水肿性流产胎盘组织作为对照。结果①p57KIP2表达呈组织异质性。在PHM、正常胎盘及水肿性流产胎盘绒毛细胞滋养细胞、绒毛间质细胞、绒毛间中间滋养细胞及蜕膜组织中p57KIP2均（＋）,而绒毛合体滋养细胞p57KIP2（-） ②在CHM绒毛细胞滋养细胞和绒毛间质细胞中p57KIP2（-）,与PHM中相应细胞表达情况比较差异极显著（P〈0.01）。结论p57KIP2可作为CHM与PHM鉴别诊断的标记物,对CHM的诊断具有很高的灵敏度和特异度。Objective To evaluate the expression of p57^KIP2 in complete and partial potential implication in the diagnosis of hydatidiform mole. Methods The immunohisto hydatidiform moles and to discuss its method was used to detect the expression of p57^KIP2 protein in 43 cases of complete hydatidiform moles （CHM） and 32 cases of partial hydatidiform moles （PHM） tissue. The following specimens were included as controls： 5 normal human placenta and 5 hydropic abortus. Results （1） In PHM, normal placenta and hydropic abortus, p57^KIP2 protein expression was heterogeneously located in villous eytotrophoblasts, villous stromal cells, intervillous intemediated trophoblasts and decidual cells, while syncytiotrophoblasts were consistently negative in all cases. （2） There was no expression of p57^KIP2 in villous cytotrophoblast （42/43） and villous stromal ceils （40/43）. There were significant differences in the expression of p57^KIP2 in villous cytotrophoblasts and villous stromal cells between CHM and PHM （P〈0.01）. Conclusion p57^KIP2is a useful marker in distinguishing CHM from PHM, with high seusitivity and specifieity in the diagnosis of CHM.
