摘 要:目的:分析在超声冲洗过程中,上颌第一前磨牙根管壁应力大小及其分布。方法:建立上颌第一前磨牙(单根Ⅳ型根管)的三维有限元模型,在此基础上建立根管不同锥度的修改模型,并通过特定的有限元分析软件模拟超声冲洗的振动力学过程,计算修改模型的根管壁应力值、分析应力分布情况以及超声冲洗对不同锥度根管壁应力影响的结果。结果:在超声冲洗过程中,根管壁的最大应力值在牙本质的最大承受范围之内,不会引起牙本质不可逆的形变。根管壁应力主要集中在根管的中1/3段,并且根管壁的应力随着锥度的增加而减小。结论:超声冲洗过程中,根管壁应力集中在根管中1/3段,且应力随着根管锥度的增大而减小。AIM: To analysis the stress of the root canal during the ultrasonic cleaning on the maxillary first premolar. METHODS: We established a three dimensional finite element model of maxillary first premolar ( single root and the type Ⅳ root canal). The effect of ultrasonic cleaning was simulated by using special finite element soft- ware. On the basis of the established model, modified models of different root canal tapers were established. The stress on the root canal wall was calculated. RESULTS: During ultrasonic cleaning, the max stress of root canal wall was present in the middle 1/3 of the root canal and this stress was safe for root canal wall. With the increase of the root canal's taper, the stress of the root canal wall was decreased. CONCLUSION: During ultrasonic cleaning, the maxstress of root canal wall always presents in the middle 1/3 of the root canal, and the stress is decreased with the increase of the root canal's taper.
