摘  要:目的:探讨计算机辅助设计和制作(CAD-CAM)纯钛烤瓷冠修复对牙周组织的影响。方法:选择2008年以来到石家庄市第一医院口腔科就诊的前磨牙有牙体严重缺损患者40例(60个牙),随机分为两组,分别进行金属桩核加纯钛PFM和金铂PFM修复。在牙体预备前和修复体戴入后8个月,分别对两组龈沟液(GCF)量、GCF中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)质量浓度进行检测,并对检测结果进行分析比较。结果:修复体边缘的深度和密合度均符合临床要求,修复后8个月,两组的GCF量、ALP活性、TNF-α质量浓度比较以及修复前后比较,差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:CAD-CAM纯钛烤瓷冠是一种既经济实用,又不会对牙周组织健康产生明显不利影响的全冠修复体。AIM: To detect the effects of CAD/CAM pure titanium based PFM crown on the periodontal tissue of the restored teeth. METHODS: Forty patients were randomly selected from the Department of Stomotology of the first hospital of Shijiazhuang city including 60 premolars with a large area destruction of crown. One group was re- stored with CAD/CAM pure titanium based PFM crown combined with metal caryopivot and the other with CAD/CAM Au - Pt bassed PFM. Before the teeth prepared and 8 months after the placement of the crown, the weight of GCF and the level of GCF - ALP and the concentration of TNF - α in gingival crevicular fluid were checked. The results were analyzed statisticly. RESULTS: Restoration marginal depth and goodness of fit were all consistent with clinical requirement. The two groups of the weight of GCF, the level of ALP and concentration of TNF -α in gingival crevicular fluid before and after operation had no significantly statistical difference ( P 〉 0.05). CONCLUSION. Pure titanium based PFM crown is a economical restoration, and has no significantly negative influences on the gingival tissue health of the restored teeth in short term.
