摘 要:新一代TMCP-轧后超快速冷却技术生产热轧带肋钢筋是一种创新性的适用技术。它与轧后余热淬火工艺所生产的产品在轧件性能上有明显区别,主要是在提高强度的同时可以提高材料韧性。这对于抗震钢筋和使用20 MnSiV或20 MnSiNb钢种生产HRB500级别钢筋是必不可少的技术。研究者们曾用一年时间,从60万t的产品中抽取6~32 mm规格,经省级建筑检验部门检验。检验内容有:化学成分分析、金相组织分析、力学性能实验、焊接实验、机械连接实验、锈蚀程度比对、构件实验及工程应用实验等等,性能优良。自2006年开始,已经得到了较大面积的推广,目前年产量大约700万t。New TMCP, which hot ribbed bar is produced with ultra fast cooling technology after rolling, is a creative, applicable technology. There are obviously different on production properties with heat residual quenching technique, which mainly in material's ductility promotion with the rise of strength. This is necessary and essential for earthquake-resistant ribbed bar and HRB500 ribbed bar production with 20MnSiV or 20MnSiNb. Authors have studied theφ6-32mm specimens from 600 thousand ton ribbed bar in a year which tested by construction test department of province. The test contents include chemical composition analysis, metallographic analysis, mechanical properties test, welding test, mechanical connection test, rust-eaten comparison, component test and engineering application experiments and so on, the results shows it has good properties. This technology has been applied extensively from 2006 and the yield reached to about 7 million ton annually till now.
