摘　　要：科技中介服务机构能力建设受到多种因素影响,利用熵权系数法对调查数据进行处理,发现政府因素和科技中介机构自身因素是影响科技中介服务机构能力建设的主要因素,进而提出应通过发挥政府主导作用、增强机构主体实力、加强我国科技中介机构能力建设的建议。There are many factors influencing the ability of S＆T intermediate. In this paper, data from investigation is deal with by the method of entropy weight coefficient. We conclude that factors from government and S＆T intermediate are two main influents. We should exert the dominant function of government and buildup the strength of institution in order to increase the ability of S＆T intermediate in China.
