摘　　要：甘露糖受体为甘露糖受体家族的成员，属于C型凝集素受体。甘露糖受体广泛分布于体内的各种组织，主要表达于髓样细胞系，以非成熟的树突状细胞和巨噬细胞亚群多见。甘露糖受体能够识别细胞表面、病原体细胞壁表面及体内多种糖蛋白结合的糖分子。甘露糖受体作为一种免疫黏附分子，可能通过对不同表达量肿瘤相关抗原的识别参与机体的肿瘤免疫、肿瘤转移以及肿瘤微环境中肿瘤的免疫逃避等过程。Mannose receptor is one member of the mannose receptor family and belongs to C-type lectin receptor. Mannose receptor distributes extensively in vivo, which is expressed mostly on the surface of macrophage and inmmture dendritic cell. Mannose receptor can recognize many saccharide ligands including cell surface, pathogen cell wall and glycoprotein. Mannose receptor maybe take part in tumor immunity, tumor immune evasion in tumor microenvironment and tumor lymphatic pathway metastasis with recognization and binding to different expression amount of tumor correlated antigen.
