摘　　要：分析比较OA系统中“系统开发生命周期法”与“原型法”。的优缺点,提出采用整体规划和逐步开发的开发策略。最后给出部(委)OA系统第一期工程中的开发结果——总体框架及功能菜单结构,实用结果证明,该系统是成功的。In this article the advantage and disadvantage of 'the system development life cycle approach' and 'proto-typing method approach' are analyzed and compared.Based on,this analysis,the developing strategy of general planning and stepwise developing is proposed.Finally the general frame and the main menu structure of the OA system in the first project period are reported.;The running of the OA system is successful.
