摘　　要：高新技术企业集群要在激烈的经济与科技全球化竞争中生存,就必须发展和提升综合优势,以适应复杂动态的发展环境。在分析高新技术企业集群综合优势的内涵和特征基础上,借鉴综合优势理论的"主导优势→核心能力→综合优势"思想,设计集群综合优势发展路径并分析其演化规律,最后以东莞IT企业集群为例提出集群综合优势发展策略,旨在为高新技术企业集群实现可持续发展提供新的战略管理思路。In order to exist in furious competition of economic and science ＆ technology globalization, high ＆ new technology enterprises cluster must develop and increase comprehensive advantage to acclimatize itself to complex and dynamic circumstance. On analyzing the meaning and characteristics of comprehensive advantage, and using the ideology of leading advantage, core competence and comprehensive advantage from comprehensive advantage theory for reference, this paper designs the development route and analyzes the evolvement rules of cluster comprehensive advantage. At last the cluster development tactics are put forward by taking Dongguan IT enterprises cluster for instance. The research of this paper can provide new strategic management thought for high ＆ new technology enterprises cluster to realize sustainable development.
