摘　　要：目的探讨检测特异性神经元抗体在诊断副肿瘤性神经系统疾病中的价值。方法应用特异性亲和免疫细胞组织化学及免疫印迹技术检测特异性神经元抗体。结果检测阳性血清88例,其中抗Hu抗体81例,抗Yo抗体3例,抗Ri抗体4例,首先表现为副肿瘤性神经系统疾病50例,确诊肿瘤后患副肿瘤性神经系统疾病的38例,8例副肿瘤性神经系统疾病在随访中。结论特异性神经元抗体对副肿瘤性神经系统疾病诊断有较好的价值,对患者的原发病的诊断治疗及预后有一定的意义。Objective To explore the value of specific neural antibody for diagnosing the paraneoplastic neurologic system disease （PNSD）. Methods Specific immunologic affinic cell and Western blotting technology were performed to detect the specific neurologic antibody. Results 88 patients were positive , in which anti - Hu antibody were 81 cases, anti - Yo antibody were 3 cases, anti Ri antibody were 4 cases, 50 patients were paraneoplastic neurologic system disease in front were diagnosed cancer, 38 patients were behind were diagnosed cancer,8 patients are checking for cancer. Conclusion specific neurologic antibody have a great valure, not only for diagnosing PNSD, hut also for diagnosing and treating the primary disease, and the prognosis.
