摘　　要：农村劳动力转移是一项系统工程和长期任务,必须多方支持、多方参与。由于高职学院在农村劳动力转移中负有重要责任,具有其自身特点和优势,使其在农村劳动力转移培训中具有其它教育不可替代的作用。Labor force＇s shifting and training of term task. It should get supports and participation from many people. Because of its important responsibility in labor force＇s shifting and training of the countryside nigh vocation has its own features and advantages and it can＇t be replaced by other educational training.
