摘　　要：应用专家访谈、文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法,由普通高校体育教师评价现状入手引进发展性教师评价新理论,对体育教师的发展性评价指标体系进行初步构建及实践,旨在进一步提高体育教师的专业教育教学能力,促进教师和谐、健康的发展.This article introduces a new theory that development assessment of teachers from status of physical education teachers in colleges by many methods, for example, expert interviews, literature, questionnaiaire survey etc. So we can do preliminary construction and practice of the development of assessment system in order to improve the college physical education teachers＇ teaching capacity and promote the teachers＇ healthy development.
