摘　　要：探究保定健身球的起源以及发展历程,并从我国传统中医经络的角度剖析其健身作用,列举多种传统的锻炼方法,提出当前保定市健身球发展所存在的问题和对策。This paper explored the origin of Baoding fitness ball and its development course, analyzed its fitness function from traditional medicine meridian, and took many traditional exercise methods as examples. It also put forward some problems and countermeasures existing in the development of Baoding fitness ball.
