Objective: Goal: Provide foundation for the chnical diagnosis Through by Discussing the Imaging performance of Talosa Hunt syn- drome (THS). Methods: Retrospective researching 8 example THS clinical diagnosis between 1998 and 2006, analyzing performance of CT, M RI planar - scanning and enhanced - scanning, DSA, Magnetic resonance Angiography MRA. Results: Five in eight examples' imaging expresses abnormal, mainly performance increases for one side sinus cavernosus, Orbital apex soft tissue mass. CT assumes the soft tissue density, MRT1WI assumes the equisignal either the slightly low signal, T2WI assumes is slightly high, the slightly low signal or the equisignal; The enhanced- scanning CT, MRI both show the pathological change obvious strengthening, simultaneously showing the hard membrane strengthening in close. DSA inspects in one illustration sickness side neck the artery sinus cavernosus section to be slightly narrow, MRA inspects in one illustration one - side neck the artery sinus cavernosus section to be narrow, the shape is anomalous. Another three examples exceptionally display not obviously. Conclusion: The THS partial cases have the phantom study unusual change, CT, the MRI performance have the important value to its diagnosis.
