摘　　要：本文介绍了柔性坐标测量机的发展现状,以及温度对柔性坐标测量机测量精度的影响。详细阐述了一种测量机多温度传感器数据采集系统的研制方法。其中,系统各个温度传感器与单片机组成智能单元,单片机完成各个温度量的数据采集并传给上位机。实验表明,该测量系统能很好的完成数据采集的任务。This paper introduces the present development of the flexible coordinate measuring machine, and temperature is one of the most important factors that influence the measuring precision of the machine. It also introduces a kind of developing method of multi-temperatura-sensor data acquisition system of the flexible coordinate measuring machine. All the temperature sensors and MCU compose the intelligent unit. MCU completes the temperature data acquisition and transmits them to the PC. The experiments show that the data acquisition system works well.
