摘　　要：目的观察分析经动脉灌注化疗并同期三维适形放疗治疗胰腺癌的疗效。方法11例中晚期胰腺癌患者行TAI并同期三维适形放疗,放疗结束1月后再次行TAI,通过治疗后患者一般情况及肿瘤体积变化判定疗效。结果11例患者疼痛均有明显缓解,其中CR1例、PR8例、SD2例(18.2%),有效率(CR+PR)为81.8%。结论中晚期胰腺癌通过经动脉灌注化疗并同期三维适形放疗治疗有明显疗效。Objective To observe and analyse the curative effect of chemotherapy by transarterial infusion primarily combined with the 3D conformal radiation therapy in treating pancreas cancer. Method The 11 advanced sufferers of the pancreas cancer had been subject to above combined therapy, then to be carried through TAI a month after radiotherapy again; the curative effect was evaluated by observing the sufferers＇ general state and the change of the tumor＇ volume after treatment. Result The I1 sufferers＇ache was all obvious to alleviate. Among them, there were 1 CR, 8 PR, 2 SD （18.2%）. And the response rate（CR＋PR） was 81.8%. Conclusion It is certain that the chemotherapy by transarterial infusion primarily combined with the 3D conformal radiation therapy has obvious curative effect in treating pancreas cancer.
