摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺肿块细针吸取细胞学检查在临床中的应用价值。方法:分析385例乳腺肿块针吸细胞学诊断,并与术后病理组织学诊断结果相对比。结果:385例针吸细胞学检查与组织学诊断比较,总准确率为95.5%,无假阳性报告。结论:细针吸取细胞学检查在乳腺肿块良恶性病变的鉴别中具有较高的诊断价值。Objective：To study and compare fine needle aspiration cytology （FNAC）and histological slice for the diagnostic value in 385 cases with breast masses.Methods： Using FNAC 385 cases with breast masses were performed and compared with its histological slice.Results： The results of FNAC and histopathology were compared, the total accuracy of fine needie aspiration cytology was 95.5%, without fake positive reported.Conclusion： There is a high value to differential diagnosis with benign and malignent lesions for FNAC in breast masses.
