血府逐瘀汤加白芷、黄芪治疗脑卒中后头痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察血府逐瘀汤加白芷、黄芪治疗脑卒中后头痛的临床疗效。方法将70例脑卒中头痛患者随机分为2组,在常规治疗脑卒中的基础上,对照组口服卡马西平,治疗组口服血府逐瘀汤加白芷、黄芪,疗程均为14 d。结果治疗组无论是在症状改善方面、还是在神经功能康复方面都明显优于对照组。结论血府逐瘀加汤加白芷、黄芪治疗脑卒中后头痛具有较好疗效。Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction with Baizhi and Huangqi on headache after stroke. Methods 70 cases of patients with headache after stroke were randomly divided into 2 groups. On the basis of normal treatment for stroke, the control group was given carbamazepine by oral administration, and the treatment group was given Xuefu Zhuyu decoction with Baizhi and Huangqi by oral administration. Both the treatment courses were 14 days. Results The improvement of symptoms and rehabilitation of nerve function in treatment group were better than that in control group. Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction with Baizhi and Huangqi has a satisfied effect on headache after stroke.
