摘　　要：公司政治行为是企业经营战略中的重要内容,对企业意义重大。中国企业的公司政治行为具有鲜明的政治、经济体制属性,但其发展还相对滞后且不规范,对此应将公司政治行为纳入到企业经营管理中,细化公司政治行为类型,丰富公司政治行为实施路径,使公司政治行为主体由单一走向联合,提高管理水平。Corporation political action （CPA） is the key part of corporation management,which is significant for enterprises. CPAs of Chinese enterprises have obvious political and economic attribution, while the development is still behind and the level of management remains poor. So we should bring the CPA into the management of corl^orations, distribute the CPA types carefully, enrich the detailed rules and regulations of CPA, to make the corporation CPA mainbody from single to the combination and enhance the management level.
