模糊综合评价法与层次分析法在奖金发放问题中的应用

摘　　要：奖金发放问题是日常生活中常常遇到的问题,科学合理地确定指标权重是问题的关键。本文首先介绍了层次分析法和模糊综合评价的基本原理,然后结合具体问题进行求解。利用升岭型分布对转化后的各项指标进行规范化处理,再分别利用层次分析法和模糊综合评价两种方法结合以上数据得出各项指标的相对权重,从而进一步给出合理的奖金发放策略。Bonus payment is often encountered in daily life. Determining the index weight scientifically and reasonably is the crux of the matter. Firstly, this article introduces the basic principles of the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy synthetic evaluation, and then solves the specific problem. It uses ridge-type distribution to standardize the transformed indicators, and then uses AHP and fuzzy synthetic evaluation combining with the form data to calculate the weights, furthermore giving the reasonable bonus payment strategy.
